Create reusable document templates - leases, notices, letters - and merge them with tenant data to produce ready-to-use PDFs.

Opening Documents

Click the Documents tab in the top ribbon. The left panel lists your templates; the right panel is the editor.

Merge & Print Insert Field

Sample templates

Every new account starts with a set of sample templates you can use as-is or customize:

Creating a template

  1. Click + New Document in the template list.
  2. Enter a name and choose a category (Lease, Letter, Notice, Application, or Other).
  3. Type your document in the editor. Use the toolbar for bold, italic, font size, etc.
  4. Insert merge fields where you want tenant or property data filled in automatically.
  5. Changes save automatically.

Merge fields

Merge fields are placeholders like {TenantName} that get replaced with real data when you print. Click Insert Field to pick from the list, or type the field name directly in curly braces.

Merging and printing

  1. Select the template in the list.
  2. Click Merge & Print.
  3. Choose a tenant (single) or a building/unit (bulk - one page per tenant).
  4. Preview the merged document, then click Print / Download PDF.
Bulk merge: Select a building to generate one merged copy for every active tenant under it in a single PDF.
