Team Access

Invite staff and managers to share your account. Each person logs in with their own credentials and sees the same properties and data.

Inviting a Team Member

  1. Go to Settings and tap Team.
  2. Tap Invite User.
  3. Enter the person's email address and tap Send Invite.
  4. They receive an email with a link. The link expires in 48 hours.
Tip: If the invite expires before they accept, cancel it from the Pending Invites list and send a new one.

Accepting an Invitation

When the invited person clicks the link in the email:

  1. The app opens and shows a Create Account screen with their email pre-filled.
  2. They enter a password (twice to confirm) and tap Create Account.
  3. They are logged in immediately and can see the shared account data.

No email confirmation step is required - the invitation itself proves they own the address.

Roles

RoleDescription
Owner Full access to everything, including inviting and removing users and changing permissions. There is always exactly one owner per account.
Member Access to the account with permissions set by the owner.

Setting Permissions

As the owner, you control what each member is allowed to do:

  1. In Settings > Team, tap the Permissions button next to a member.
  2. Toggle each permission on or off.
  3. Tap Save.

Note: All permissions default to on for new members. The owner always has full access regardless of permission settings.

Removing a Team Member

  1. In Settings > Team, tap the Remove button next to a member.
  2. Confirm the removal.

The person loses access immediately. Their past actions and data are not affected.

Switching Accounts

If you belong to more than one account (for example, you were invited to a colleague's account), a My Accounts section appears at the top of the Team page. Tap Switch next to any account to make it active. The app reloads with that account's data.

Pending Invites

Invites that have been sent but not yet accepted appear under Pending Invites. As the owner, you can cancel a pending invite by tapping the X next to it. The link in the email immediately stops working.
